A new tuning kit for the Chevy Camaro convertible has been released by Hennessey Performance. We now have a video of the tuned ride, called the HPE600, and featuring a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine. A TVS2300 supercharger to be exact, along with new high flow fuel injectors, cold air induction system, sport exhaust system, and a re-programmed ECU to keep everything running smooth. After the tuning, the modded Camaro now produces 602 horsepower and 605 lb-ft of torque. At the track, this allows the Chevrolet to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds, while completing the quarter mile in 12.0 seconds flat at 118 mph.
For the exterior styling, this model is almost identical to the Chevy Camaro SS, however the interior received embroidered headrests, custom floor mats, and individual numbered plaque’s for each car. This Camaro HPE600 kit is priced at $15,995, yet customers have more options if they wish to spend a few extra bucks. Some of these aftermarket parts include a carbon fiber body kit, adjustable KW coilover suspension package, and 20-inch alloy rims wrapped in high performance Pirelli P-Zero or Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires from Hennessey.
