Lexus LFA SuperGT

|

Updated on

If you follow the SuperGT competitions then you will notice one company that is missing a supercar in the race. Toyota has plans to develop the Lexus LFA SuperGT car to handle the competition after winning the race last year in their Lexus SC430. Nissan and Honda have already released their modified models, and although these renderings are unofficial, the concept seems on point as far as design goes. Toyota has yet to confirm the entrance of the Lexus LFA, but hopefully it should be announced later this year.

Iain Chandler, a talented 3D artist from Australia has photoshopped these images of the GT500-class supercar. The inaugural run in the series comes this May, and while it’s far from official, this is a pleasant indication of what will come from Toyota. Jyuichi Wakisaka and Andre Lotterer took the win in last year with the Lexus SC430, and Lotterer seems to like these concept pictures since he posted it on his website.
