Nissan Juke Nismo Coming Soon

|

Updated on

With all the buzz about the Nissan Juke this past year, the world premiere for the Nissan Juke Nismo edition should have fans at the edge of their seats. Especially since the debut will take place at the 24 Hours of Le Mans race from June 13th through the 17th. The concept was first seen on display at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show, and this performance model will be the first to enter production in a series of new Nissan Nismo cars.

Just a few of the new features will include an aero kit, wheels and suspension tuning. The exterior will receive all new front and rear bumpers, wide wheel arches, side skirts, a modified grille and rear spoiler. Brand new 18-inch alloy rims wrapped in high performance tires will transform the sporty crossover, while a stiff suspension will improve handling along with new torque vectoring.

Modifications inside the tuned Nissan Juke will include a sport steering wheel, pedals, gauges, shift knob and new trim for the door panels. The Nismo inspired sport seats will receive a special suede treatment with red stitching to make it stand out from the rest. Europeans can expect to see the Nissan Juke Nismo models on sale in January 2013.
