JE Design Seat Leon Cupra R

Updated on

JE Design, a German tuning company, has released their upgrade package for the Seat Leon Cupra R that features various performance upgrades, a wide body kit, and optional Deutschland color schemes. To begin the process, the wide body kit takes advantage of new front and rear spoilers, new side skirts, larger wheel arches, a rear apron with integrated diffuser with LED daytime running lights in the front. To complete their vision, JE Design added a lowering kit with a 40mm drop along with a complete set of 10×18-inch glossy black wheels. What about performance you ask?

As far as upgrades goes, the tuners over at JE Design figured it’d be best to upgrade the engine control unit (ECU). To complement that, a quad tailpipe performance exhaust system replaced the old greatly improving performance. Overall horsepower was increased to 350 with 400 Nm of torque, ultimately resulting in a 0.3 quicker acceleration time and 10km more on the top speed. After JE Design and their tuning specialists completed their testing, the modified Cupra R can go 1 to 100km/h in 5.9 seconds with a top speed reaching 260 km/h. Not a bad deal for the JE Design Seat Leon Cupra R upgrade package, priced at 8,166 Euros.
