Brabus Mercedes G55 AMG Widestar

Updated on

The tuning company Brabus has beefed up the underpowered Mercedes G55 AMG with their new 800 Widestar package. It was designed by the tuners to be the most powerful SUV in the world, featuring a 6.3-liter biturbo V12 engine producing 800 PS and 1,100 Nm of torque. The torque has been electronically limited, however the Mercedes G55 can now sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.0 seconds, and hit a top speed of 240 km/h. The G-Series Mercedes is now making a statement!

Keeping all this extra power under control, the Brabus tuning firm installed a new adjustable sport suspension and high performance brake kit. The braking system consists of new ventilated discs measuring 380 mm up front, and 345 mm at the rear.

As for the exterior styling, the Mercedes G55 AMG was fitted with modded fascias, wheel arch extensions, and offer a variety of wheels ranging from 20 to 23-inches. Inside the G55 Wagon, the tuners spiced it up with a sport steering wheel, custom instrument cluster, and stainless steel scuff plates. Additionally, customers have the option to order bespoke leather upholstery, and exotic wood trim.
