Drop Top Customs Convertible Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300

Drop Top Customs based out of Florida has delivered some new packages for the Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 sedans. By the name of the tuning company you can see they specialize in making one of a kind convertible cars that aren’t offered by the factory. Some of their previous work includes a Chevy Camaro convertible back in 2009 and a Cadillac CTS convertible in 2010.

There is a ton of work involved when chopping the top off a brand new car. Things to consider are the dangers of removing the center support bar in case the car rolls over in an accident. Drop Top Customs says they add a “substructure during conversion such as reinforcing the trunk with strut bars” to reinforce the missing roof. Take this with a grain of salt, because these cars weren’t not meant to be built this way.

Anyways, we now have two new models added to the line of convertible conversions to show you guys. Along with the chop of the top, the tuners can hook the cars up with a new set of wheels and custom paint if the customer desires. Check out the pictures below of the modified Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger soft top convertibles.
