D3 Cadillac XLR-V

Updated on

Cadillac XLR-V is probably the most expensive Caddy ever build with a price around $100,000. A lot of people said this car is not luxurious enough to match cars that have same price. Six figures price might be a bit too much for a car that lacks history and gorgeous interior of a Mercedes Benz SL for example. The american tuning company D3 tried to improve this car’s performances and they made a special tuning kit for the engine that already develops 433 HP. They installed a new admission system, modified the car’s exhaust and improved the engine cooling unit. As a result, the V8 engine can develop now more than 525 HP and D3 also offers performance tuning kits to 575 HP and 600 HP for speed addicts. After they added more power to the car they had to install a high performance braking system. At exterior level they haven’t made too many modifications. They installed a new chrome grating, 18 and 19″ alloy rims and Corsa muffler tip.

  1. It’s a mean looking car. Wise decision to install a high performance brake that can match its power.
