GeigerCars has made the Chevy Tahoe Hybrid even more efficient with their new upgrade featuring a LPG system. It’s been a common thing to see the car guys from Geiger take on new challenges with the latest technology. This Chevrolet Hybrid SUV is powered by a V8 6.0-liter engine that produces 332 pS and 498 Nm of torque from the half electric automobile. It comes with a dual functioning motor that uses an automatic cylinder deactivation system to temporarily turn off a fuel bank when it isn’t needed. With the brake recovery technology, the Tahoe Hybrid has a very good fuel consumption for a SUV, capable of pushing 11 liters per 100 km.
The engineers at GeigerCars took the revolutionary Tahoe Hybrid SUV even further by installing a tri-mode system instead of the dual mode. This consists of the LPG system, combining traditional fuel, electric drive, and LPG in a single car. Thanks to the price of the current LPG system, GeigerCars was able to cut the fuel costs in half. The GeigerCars Chevy Tahoe Hybrid SUV will cost 60,000 euros for the complete package, 56,000 euros for the factory truck, or 4,000 euros for the individual LPG system with installation fees included.
