The German car wrap specialists at Car Film Components aka CFC, have taken this Volkswagen Golf VI GTI to whole new level with some interesting car tuning. First off, the small sport hatch was wrapped with a matte grey vinyl car wrap, while the roof and mirrors received new carbon fiber pieces. A unique comic-like strip was placed on the front fenders, GTI logos, fuel cap, and inner part of the front grille for an extra customized appearance. Rounding out the body modifications are a new carbon fiber kit consisting of a front spoiler, side skirts, and rear diffuser.
Pink colored fog lights contrast well with the dark tinted windows, but have us questioning why so much pink was used on this VW Golf GTI. Customers have the choice of either pink or red 19-inch alloy rims that come wrapped in Hankook EvoS1 high performance tires sized 225/35R19. Performance tuning came next, with the GTI riding on new APX AP coilovers along with H&R stabilizers. A brand new MR Car Design power package was installed to boost the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine’s output to 270 PS and 400 Nm of torque.
That is a decent power upgrade from the factory 210 PS and 280 Nm of torque, but the tuners didn’t stop there. Final modifications to the Volkswagen Golf VI GTI include a high performance braking system, and a super high-end audio system built by MK SoundStyle for €10,000 or $13,000 in the United States.
Really nice Golf VI – i like the colours, carbonlook roof and rims. Thumps up!
