The German car tuning firm 9ff have released their own tuning package for the Porsche 911 GT2, nicknaming it the BT2 because of the bi turbo setup. After all the modifications it receives a staggering amount of power at 850 hp and 920 Nm of torque. With this setup, Switzer Performance who just released their Porsche 911 GT2 package a few days ago, may have to rethink their modifications because the 9ff BT2 Porsche 911 GT2 will blow it out of the water. With those power numbers it can go from 0-100 km/h in an astonishing 3.0 seconds, and 200 km/h can be reached in only 8.7 seconds. It reaches 300 km/h in 18.5 seconds, and the BT2 Porsche 911 GT2 has a top speed of 386 km/h or 240 mph!Technorati Profile

If your looking to make it even faster, 9ff offers to tune the gears which will increase acceleration, however decrease the car’s top speed. Personally I’d rather have better acceleration because I doubt I would ever hit the 240 mph mark, speeding that fast is just insane. To compliment the Gulf Livery paint scheme, carbon fiber body panels make up the majority of the exterior to keep weight at a minimum. The new body panels include the hood, doors, and roof, all custom made for this project and they mount up to the OEM mounting points. 9ff claims that the aerodynamic kit adds 70 kg of downforce to the front, and 90 kg in the rear, improving the handling all around. To own one of these beast 9ff BT2 Porsche 911 GT2 you will have to hand over 285,000 euros, which is 95,500 euros over the price from the Porsche factory.

  1. Oh my, this car is too much! Specs may be really great but still price tag is way expensive. Even the color of the car is over done, should have stick to plain or original Porsche paint.

  2. Recently I saw a heavily modified Porsche 911 at an Outlet Maill in St. Augustine, FL.

It said B 59 on the rear decklid. Is that a 9ff version or someone else ? Never seen such a designation on a 911.
