Techart Porsche Cayenne Diesel

Details on the new Porsche Cayenne Diesel V6 have been released by the car tuning firm Techart. The German tuning company took the first production diesel model and created a program that covers engine, chassis, interior, and exterior modifications. For the engine, Techart’s power kit upgrades the 3.0 liter Cayenne diesel from 240 hp to 290 hp and 550 Nm to 630 Nm of torque at 2,200 rpms. These performance enhancements improved sprint times of 0-60 mph in 7.7 seconds, while CO2 emissions and fuel consumption remained unchanged. Techart added a control module for the air suspension on the Porsche Cayenne Diesel, that lowers the vehicle, while at the same time reduces the roll of the car to improve aerodynamics. The Porsche rides on 21 inch alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Diamaris 4×4 XL 295/35 R21 tires to go along with the complete aero kit.

Along with the suspension and engine tuning upgrades, Techart installed a body kit with a new front panel, front spoiler, side skirts, rear apron, and rear diffuser integrated. Also on the exterior are dual exhaust pipes, headlight and tail light trim, Techart sport steering wheel, and a few other interior pieces. Leather edged floor mats match the seats with lightweight aluminum pedals and footrest match the trim upgrades. The buyer has the option to choose 22 inch wheels painted the same color of the car and fitted with 295/30 R22 Continental tires, adding more styling to the Porsche Cayenne Diesel. Prices for the UK Porsche Cayenne with the Techart Aerokit 1, including the exterior and interior modifications is 53,000 euros. If you simply want to have the kit fitted on your Cayenne it costs 15,000 euros, while the 290 hp engine upgrade is priced at 2,500 euros.
