Steven Tyler Receives First Hennessey Venom GT
Steven Tyler, Aerosmith frontman for the chart topping rock bank has received the first completed Hennessey Venom GT. Based on the Lotus Exige, Steve asked the Hennessey tuning company if they could make it a roadster with the removable top. They customized the roll cage so that it would work, however this came with the addition of 30 lbs. Staying true to their one horsepower per one kilogram power to weight ratio, Steve got his Venom GT with a little extra juice.
Hennessey Lotus Exige Venom GT
The new Hennessey tuned Lotus Exige called the Venom GT has been debuted at the McCall Motorworks Revival. This was part of the buildup for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, and features the Lotus supercar announcement with all of its 1,200 horsepower greatness. Hennessey plans to produce five of these cars per year at a price of $950,000 (€660,190 / £577,850). It may sound like a lot for a Lotus Exige, but with the sports car holding a 6.2-liter V8 powerplant producing 1,200 hp (895 kW / 1,217 PS) and 1,155 lb-ft (1,564 Nm) of torque, we are sure some car collectors will pick this beast up.

Hennessey Camaro HPE600
A new tuning kit for the Chevy Camaro convertible has been released by Hennessey Performance. A TVS2300 supercharger to be exact, along with new high flow fuel injectors, cold air induction system, sport exhaust system, and a re-programmed ECU to keep everything running smooth. After the tuning, the modded Camaro now produces 602 horsepower and 605 lb-ft of torque. Hennessey Camaro SS HPE600
Here is the latest car tuning project from Hennessey Performance based on the all new Chevy Camaro SS called the HPE600. The orange car you see here is actually the model for the HPE550 package, but we think it looks better than the maroon HPE600 pictured below. It will be available for the 2010-2011 LS3 or L99 engines and boosted with a TVS2300 Supercharger System. Hence the HPE600 name, the modified Camaro now puts down 602 hp and 807 Nm of torque. The tuners who are located in Texas, claim that the 0-60 mph time is in the mid three-second range, and it can run the quarter mile in 11 seconds. A full list of performance customizations include the new supercharger system, HPE cold air induction system, 1 7/8 inch long tube stainless steel headers, fuel injector upgrade, high flowing catalytic converters, HPE engine management calibration, and a dyno tune to get everything in sync.

Hennessey Cadillac CTS-V
One of the finest cars built by General Motors, the Cadillac CTS-V has been improved by the tuning firm Hennessey Performance. There’s always room for improvement when you get to work with a factory supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine. Hennessey Performance has developed the V700 upgrade package to squeeze an extra 150 horses out of the Cadillac CTS-V LSA V8, giving it more than 700 horsepower. It was accomplished with the addition of a cold air induction system, smaller supercharger pulley, new engine management system, longer headers, 3-inch exhaust system, high-flow cats, upgraded intercooler, and more aggressive camshafts. The end result?
Hennessey Corvette ZR1
The Corvette ZR1 is already one of the fastest production cars at 638 bhp, however Hennessey Performance Engineering has raised the level to 705 bhp. Too much horsepower is never enough, even for the all new 2010 Corvette ZR1 that pushes 717 ft-lbs of torque at 3,200 rpms from the rear wheels. The extra power upgrades were accomplished by adding a new supercharger, ECU tuning, air intake, and performance exhaust system. The Corvette ZR1 received lightweight carbon fiber rims wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires, reducing the rotating weight by 60 lbs. A Z-Aero carbon fiber front splitter was installed, along with canards and a rear spoiler supply over 300 lbs of down force to the rear of the vehicle.
