A completely new tuning kit for the BMW 5-Series GT has been released by the guys at Hamann. Carrying both technical and visual modifications, the most notable changes were made under the hood to the 530 diesel engine. Raising the numbers from 245 hp and 540 Nm of torque, the sport SUV now carries 275 hp and 620 Nm of torque. Hamann was able to accomplish this by tuning the Motronic engine management system to deliver more fuel and air. Now the exterior styling is what really enhanced the look of the BMW 5-Series GT.
Installed on the 2010 BMW is a front bumper add-on, redesigned side skirts, and a new rear apron to hold four Hamann exhaust tips. The muffler ends are made of stainless steel and measure 90 mm in diameter. The BMW 530d, 535i, and 550i models all receive a suspension lowering kit to sharpen the appearance and improve the SUV handling.
Setting this BMW 5-Series apart from the crowd are ANNIVERSARY EVO 22-inch rims available in silver or black, and come wrapped in high performance tires measuring 265/30 in the front, and 295/25 for the rear. Inside the BMW SUV, the tuners hooked it up with aluminum pedals and foot rests, as well as Hamann branded black floor mats.
