McChip Volkswagen Golf R Performance Kit

The car tuners from McChip have released a new performance kit for the Volkswagen Golf R recently. Several upgrades were made including styling improvements and engine tuning. The VW Golf R received a new set of springs from H&R to lowering the ride height, and a wheel package made up of 19-inch OZ Ultraleggera wheels wrapped in high performance Michelin Pilot Sport Club tires was installed. Pricing for the suspension springs is only 350 Euros, while the new rims and tires go for 3,190 Euros. But more important were the upgrades that McChip performed under the hood of the Volkswagen Golf R.

Anderson Germany Ferrari California

The tuning folks at Anderson Germany have spiced up the Ferrari California for those looking for a more custom look. This Italian hardtop convertible carries a 4.3-liter V8 under the hood, developing 460 hp from the factory. Anderson Germany tuned it up to raise the horsepower by 55 for a total of 515 horsepower, thanks to a re-calibrated ECU and valve controlled high performance exhaust system. Three different sound modes for the exhaust are available via remote control in the cockpit. Extra performance enhancements to the Ferrari California include electronically adjustable dampers to lower the ride height by 35 mm or raise the car 40 mm. A new set of alloy wheels were also installed with the rim painted the same color as the car, and come wrapped in high performance tires.

Elia Dacia Duster SUV

Elia AG, a German tuning firm who specialize in customizing Dacia, Renault, and Nissan cars have released this kit for the Dacia Duster SUV. Minor styling improvements include a new set of wheels and other small changes to make it more of an attention getter than the factory model. Elia AG offers three different wheel package for the customer, consisting of the 16-inch set called Elia Ventis, and two 18-inch packages called the Elia Opal II, available in black and silver. The cost for the 16-inch wheels is 440 Euros, while the black 18-inch set goes for 740 Euros, and the 18-inch silver rims for 686 Euros.

TECHART Porsche 911 GTStreet RS

The car tuners from TECHART have released the ultimate street legal track car based on the Porsche 911 GT2 called the GTStreet RS. A factory Porsche 911 GT2 carries 530 hp and 680 Nm of torque with a top speed of 204 mph. However, that is not nearly enough for these tuning enthusiasts. This Porsche 911 GTStreet RS is one of the most powerful sports cars in the world with its new modifications producing 700 horsepower and 860 Nm of torque. BBR Ford Focus RS MK2

The UK tuning company BBR has recently made their new package for the Ford Focus RS MK2 available to the public. With their 4-stage upgrade kit, priced at a reasonable £8,500, tuners can achieve 404 HP. For starters, the stage one kit includes an ECU upgrade accompanied by a new silicone air induction hose increasing power to about 342 bhp with 500 Nm of torque. This upgrade may appeal to some while many tuning fanatics spend about £1,440, to go the extra mile with the stage 2 package. Customers can expect a new air filter, new silicone air inlet hoses, a complete remap of the car’s ECU, along with a performance intercooler. All in all, this upgrade is capable of increasing the Ford Focus RS MK2’s power to an impressive 355 bhp accompanied by 512 Nm of torque.

SpeedART Porsche Cayenne Hybrid

The German tuning firm at SpeedART has unveiled the latest customization program for the Porsche Cayenne Hybrid. Adding more power and improving the cars styling was essential, however doing all this without affecting the pure electric mode was a hefty task. The Porsche Cayenne Hybrid still kept its zero CO2 emissions and great fuel consumption thanks to the specialists at SpeedART. Under the hood, the car tuning company tweaked the 3.3-liter supercharged V6 hybrid engine to raise its numbers beyond the factory 333 horsepower.

Sport Wheels Audi R8 Spyder

The tuning company Sport Wheels has just released their version of the Audi R8 Spyder. From the factory, the standard Audi R8 is fitted with a 5.2 FSI quattro engine producing 525 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. Most people believe that this amount of power is plenty, and no further tuning should be necessary. However, the tuners at Sport Wheels are not typical like us, and took this Audi R8 to the next level. Apart from the engine tuning, the cars styling wasn’t drastically affected besides a new set of wheels.

Dartz Bentley Continental GT SS

There’s been a good number of Bentley cars to hit the tuning scene, the latest being the Continental GT from Dartz. The Russian tuning firm unveiled their new take on the Bentley Continental with the special “SS” logo and white snake skin vinyl. Dartz has been a custom shop that specializes in ridiculously expensive cars, tuning them for people who have nothing better to spend their money on. This Bentley Continental GT SS fits the exact type of insane project these tuners frequently do. Now the trick here to these pictures is you must look very closely to see the snake skin material.

New Maybach Eyewear

The high-end car manufacturer Maybach has revealed a new eyewear collection for those interested in luxury glasses or sunglasses. This eye wear will be produced by the German maker IVKO, and the lenses are from Zeiss. Made from high quality materials, the glasses style range from fine wood, to leather, natural horn, titanium, 18-carat white, yellow, and rose gold. Several types of Maybach sunglasses and regular glasses are also available that all sport the Maybach logo. This collection of new Maybach eyewear will launch towards the end of October 2010, and be available for purchase through the company outlets.

Misha Porsche 911 Turbo

If your looking to trick out your Porsche 911 Turbo, there are many Porsche tuning companies out there and this latest package comes from Misha Designs. This kit was designed for the turbo Porsche version, however some parts can be fitted on all 911 models. Starting off with the exterior, a lower lip was installed along with a diffuser for the rear bumper, hood with optional carbon fiber vanes, side skirts, and an extra blade for the cars stock spoiler. For additional cooling the front bumper features air ducts and a vent at the top to release pressurized air from the engine bay. The new lower lip comes in three pieces, so if that nasty speed bump or parking stop decides to scratch your Porsche 911 Turbo, you can simply remove the lower section.

Koenigseder Nissan GTR

The prestigious Austria-based tuning company Koenigseder has released a new kit for the Nissan GTR. Back in 2007, Nissan launched the highly anticipated Godzilla GT-R with a twin-turbo engine producing 480 horsepower. Since then, tuners have raised the standards and half of them have nearly doubled the performance figures. The Nissan GTR has received all the hype it deserves so far, and Koenigseder decided to add their touch to what can be considered the sports car of the decade in terms of price and performance. First, the tuning firm painted the exterior in their favorite bright orange color, which is common to see with the other projects they take on. Next was the all new Nissan GTR aerodynamic kit with a moderate design.

Project Kahn Bentley Continental GT-S

Project Kahn, a British car tuning company, has released their upgrade package for the 2010 Bentley Continental GT. This package upgrades the Bentley’s style while still keeping it classy. To begin the upgrade process, they installed tinted privacy glass along with a unique, yet elegant wide body kit upgrading the exterior with new side sills, redesigned rear apron, rear boot spoiler, and a new front spoiler. To go a little further, the tuners added some RS-D Diamond wheels and an electronic lowering module, just some of the sleek features offered in the Project Kahn Bentley Continental GT-S.
