Senner Tuning has released their latest take on the Opel Astra that received some new styling and performance modifications for the 1.4-liter turbo petrol engine. Senner started off with a new BMC sport air filter, sport exhaust system and wrapped them together with a revised ECU. This allows the custom Opel Astra to produce 165 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. Quite an increase from the stock 140 HP and 200 Nm of torque. On the exterior of the small sporty hatch is a styling kit comprised of a matte black Steinmetz front grille, new front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser, and roof spoiler.
Irmscher has released a new tuning kit for the Open Astra GTC that makes the car more sportier. They started off under the hood, where the 1.6-liter turbocharged engine was tuned to produce 220 PS (162 kW / 217 bhp) and 374 newton meters (202 lb-ft) of torque. Exterior styling improvements consist of the new body kit, featuring a front spoiler with lip, new grille, roof spoiler, and rear diffuser. Next, a new quad piped exhaust with elliptical shaped tips was installed by Irmscher on the Opel Astra GTC.
The Opel tuning specialists at Steinmetz have unveiled a new package for the 2010 Opel Astra J. In desperate need of a refined look, the tuners hooked it up with several aerodynamic parts including a new front spoiler, blacked out grille, and rear roof spoiler that flows with the styling lines. Enhancing the exterior look are stainless steel strips in silver and anthracite to cover the door handles and sides. Giving the Opel Astra J a sportier look is the suspension lowering kit to drop the car 30 mm closer to the ground. For the wheels, Steinmetz offers two styles, a ST10 and ST7 which both measure 19×8.5 inches.
