Here is a quick look at what a new set of Vossen CV7 rims can do to a Ford Mustang Boss 302 model. Despite the lime green paint job that catches most of the attention, these new wheels measuring 20×9 up front and 20×10.5 at the rear give it a whole new look. They have been finished in a matte graphite color and contrast well with the shiny green and black accents of the Ford Mustang Boss 302 sports car.
The guys from Performance Power Racing (PPR) have put together this heavy modified Ford GT that just set a new Guinness World Record for it’s mile long top speed of 283 mph. It was tested at the Kennedy Space Center on the Shuttle Landing Facility runway at NASA in Florida. Performance tuning consists of two new turbochargers and many engine components made of new “pandalloy” which is an aerospace aluminum alloy that is very light, yet holds superior strength and temperature resistance.
Ford has released these teaser images of the Ford Escape and Ford Explorer receiving some aftermarket parts for the upcoming SEMA Show. We actually have two different Escape models, one has been hooked up with a 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost unit. The other had the same unit installed, but is an all-wheel-drive model with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Ford has sent us these concepts of several Ford Fusion tuning projects set to debut at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas later this month. They have partnered with 3dCarbon, MRT Performance and several other aftermarket part makers to put these car together.
