Hennessey Performance Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8

Hennessey Performance sent us a surprise for the holidays with this 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 package. Under the hood is a Hennessey HPE800 Twin Turbo engine kit that was hooked up to the bored out factory 6.4-liter HEMI V8. Displacement is now at 7.0-liters, allowing the large twin turbochargers to put down 805 horsepower and 823 lb-ft of torque. A huge increase from the stock 465 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. At the track, the modified Jeep Grand Cherokee now sprints from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds, which is damn good for a full-size SUV.

Hennessey Performance Venom GT

Hennessey Performance officially revealed the first images and full details about the Venom GT, a supercar based off the Lotus Elise and Exige models. Powered by a 6.2-liter LS9 V8 engine from a Corvette ZR1, the tuners were able to boost the output to 725 hp. Hennessey Performance also plans to offer a twin-turbo version of the V8, with numbers well beyond 1,000 horsepower. The Venom GT car you see here weighs only 1,071 kg thanks to the carbon fiber body, and wheel package put together with the lightest parts. With this light of a car, Hennessey claims the 1,200 hp model can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds with a top speed of 440 km/h. It should destory the factory Bugatti Veyron, since its top speed is only 408 km/h, and the Venom GT is significantly lighter.
