MWDesign Aston Martin V8 Vantage “Helvellyn Frost”

The latest tuning project from MWDesign is the elegant Aston Martin V8 Vantage nicknamed “Helvellyn Frost“, which has been tuned to perfection. Exclusive styling, improved aerodynamics, and enhanced performance make this Aston Martin an easy choice for buyers. First, MWDesign created a digital concept to test it. Then they went with aftermarket suspension and wheels, that include adjustable H&R suspension for proper ride height, and M14 forged wheels that come wrapped in high performance Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires. The tires measure 255/35/20 in the front, and 285/25/20 in the rear. Performance gains are accomplished by installing a race exhaust system, high flow 200 cell catalysts, and ECU software tuning. After these modifications, the MWDesign Aston Martin V8 Vantage is capable of producing 445 horsepower. It is also noted that this stunning Aston Martin Vantage has a unique and powerful sound from the handbuilt V8 engine. Final touches include painting the side vents, front grille, window trims, and truck lip section matte black to match the wheels and contrast the Helvellyn Frost paint color.

Manhart Racing BMW Z4 5.0-liter V10 Engine

The car tuning engineers at Manhart Racing have revealed a powerful version of the BMW Z4 with a 5.0-liter V10 engine producing 550 horsepower. That is more than a 200 hp increase from the factory 343 hp, and allows the car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in only 3.9 seconds. Along with the new 5.0-liter engine swap are new catalytic converters and a customized DME electronic control unit. To accomodate the large V10, the Manhart Racing BMW Z4 received an M5 E60 6 gear manual transmission, M5 E60 differential, and a Fichtel and Sachs clutch. Fitted underneath is an AC Schnitzer stainless steel exhaust system, and the new catalytic converters are from the HJS racing series. Trying to keep the ten cyclinders glued to the pavement are 235/35 ZR19 tires in the front, 285/30 ZR19 tires in the rear, which come mounted on black BBS Challenge wheels.

Karl Schnorr Fiat 500 Abarth

If you own a Fiat 500 Abarth and are not satisfied with its performance, then bring your Fiat 500 to Karl Schnorr Kraftfahrzeuge’s car tuning company for upgrades. They started off by installing aluminum wheels from OZ in a red or Seria Rossa color measuring 17×7 and are priced at 1,090 euro. To make the wheels fit flush, a special coilover kit was hooked up that lowers the Fiat 500 Abarth a few millimeters and is priced at 1,275 euro. For the axis measurement when lowering the car, Karl Schnorr charges 85 euros, and for the adaption of the body it is 285 euros. Performance increases were accomplished by the installation of two different power kits. The level I power kit increases horsepower from 135 to 163 hp for only 950 euro, while the level II kit increases the power over 200 hp, but it much more expensive at 5,050 euro.

MEC Design Mercedes CL-Class W216

A new body kit designed for the Mercedes CL-Class W216 has been revealed by car tuning experts MEC Design, and the finished all black product looks stealthy. The new body kit features an aggressive front end with a modified front bumper and revised aftermarket grille. Dubbed the 2FACE, this all black Mercedes CL-Class W216 model by MEC Design also boasts a three-piece rear spoiler and two different diffusers for the customer to choose from. Fitted underneath is a sport exhaust system with four large tailpipes to go with the elegant or extreme sport diffuser options. Extra modifications include side skirts with LED lighting along the sides, and the MEC I three-piece wheels available in either flat black or chrome, measuring 22×10.5 in the front, and 22×11.5 in the rear. Pricing has not yet been released, however you can expect this package to carry a heavy price for the Mercedes.

Techart Porsche Boxster and Cayman Kit

Premium car tuning specialists from Techart have created a new tuning kit for the Porsche Boxster and Cayman models that meet all expectations. The new customization package from Techart features two aerodynamic kits, daytime running lights, sport springs, and interior carbon fiber elements. Both of the Techart Aerokits are made from PU RIM and wind tunnel tested to optimize the drag they create. Components of the aero kit are a new front spoiler lip to match the body color, side skirts, and redesigned rear for better aerodynamics. A rear spoiler and diffuser underneath optimize the traction and stability while driving at high speeds in the Porsche Boxster or Porsche Cayman.

GeigerCars 2010 Camaro SS Compressor

Using their car tuning expertise, GeigerCars has tuned the all new 2010 Camaro SS Compressor to complete the trio of legendary muslce cars. The have already customized the Dodge Challenger and Ford Mustang, so why not modify the new aggressive looking Chevy Camaro SS. Tuning the base model Camaro SS, GeigerCars German engineering chose to increase the performance numbers of the 6.2-liter V8 that boasts 432 horsepower. One of GeigerCars specialties is their high performance supercharger kit, so they installed just that for the 2010 Camaro SS Compressor. By using the mechanical compressor, engine output was increased to 568 hp and 799 ft-lbs of torque with the supercharging kit installed, and also a high flow exhaust system that includes new catalysts and mufflers.

Hofele Audi A3 Cabrio

German car tuning company Hofele has released several aftermarket modifications for the new 2009 Audi A3 Cabrio. The single frame front bumper features larger air intakes in the corners for a GTS look and also includes fog lights which can be purchased separately. Hofele offers their own S3 like front grille available in black or silver for those who want to customize the front end further. In the rear of the Audi A3 Cabrio, a new diffuser can be installed by simply attaching it to the existing rear bumper, and it is made out of PKG material. The rear bumper addition allows for the quad sport exhaust system to be hooked up underneath, or customers can choose to have the factory exhaust installed. Topping it off for the Audi A3 Cabrio are caps for the headlamps, and a Hofele badge on the rear hatch, next to the A3 moniker.

Project Kahn Range Rover Vogue Stage 2

The latest Project Kahn car tuning kit is available for the Range Rover Vogue and comes with the Stage 2 title along with interior styling for the customer. The tuners focused on letting the customers choose how they want the interior to look, while the exterior received several aftermarket improvements. Project Kahn installed their body kit on the Range Rover Vogue Stage 2 that consists of a new front spoiler, side skirts, and rear bumper that fits the aftermarket exhaust. A stainless steel, chrome polished exhaust system with aluminum tips was fitted underneath and it has a nice distinct rumbling sound. The Stage 2 features Kahn RS-D 22 inch 6-spoke wheels with Kahn valve caps and high performance tires to top it off. Kahn offers some interesting accessories for the buyer such as a fire extinguisher, golfing umbrella with carbon fiber shaft, and a high gloss piano black steering wheel or walnut steering wheel. Pricing for the Project Kahn Range Rover Vogue Stage 2 is 69,995 euros, and if you would like your Range Rover supercharged it is 78,995 euros.

Vorsteiner GTS3 BMW E92/90 M3

Vorsteiner revealed their latest car tuning project and limited edition GTS3 BMW E92/90 M3, which received several custom modifications. The front of the car has been redesigned with a new bumper and hood replacement with air vents. The new GTS3 front bumper features a carbon fiber front lip that allows more airflow to the engine bay. The hood has been redesigned with side ducting eyebrows and the front of the vehicle has a lowered ground clearance, and is extended by 25.4 mm with the carbon fiber front splitter. Vorsteiner also offers full visible carbon fiber construction for the front bumper with dry vacuumed woven plastic construction. The optional GTS3 BMW E92/90 M3 vented power dome hood features sharper tension edges, a revised central power dome, and the dual ventilation openings for the heat extraction from the engine bay. Extra hood customizations include a double or single carbon fiber construction with carbon fiber underside paneling.

Lotus Elise and Exige Supercharger Kit

Lotus Cars USA has released a factory style supercharger kit for the Lotus Elise and Lotus Exige models that come naturally aspirated. Owners who bought their Lotus Elise or Lotus Exige before this blower kit was available, can now bring their car back to an authorized Lotus dealer and have the car tuning performed. After the kit is installed on the 1.8 liter Toyota engine, performance numbers increase from 189 hp and 133 ft lbs or torque to 218 hp and 155 ft lbs of torque. The new system is warrantied and legal in all 50 states, while also being certified for emissions. The supercharger kit also comes with high flow injectors, ECU recalibration, and a redesigned intake manifold to add the supercharger. Even though torque gains are minimal, the performance numbers now peak at 5,000 rpms instead of 6,800 rpms. Lotus has not yet released pricing for the supercharger kit.

Gemballa GT 600 Aero 3 Porsche Cayenne Turbo

The latest addition to the car tuning industry is the Gemballa GT 600 Aero 3 Porsche Cayenne Turbo that has a range of styling and performance modifications. As you can see, the white and black contrast of colors worked out well for Gemballa, and they installed their aerodynamic AERO 3 body kit with a stylish new front bumper and Gemballa logo kit. The car has been lowered with an electronic lowering kit and hooked up with a 22 inch Gemballa Racing wheel set in gunmetal. A Gemballa brake system was installed to slow the vehicle from the 600 horsepower engine kit it received. The 600 hp performance number is obtained from the engine tuning and exhaust system they installed, hence the GT 600 name. The interior also has improvements with new SPC seats in the front, and an interior design kit to match the tan inside. Some additional accessories Gemballa offers for the GT 600 Aero 3 Porsche Cayenne Turbo are mirror covers, door handles, and window frames all made out of carbon fiber and manufactured for a custom fit. They also can redesign the headlights with their black-magic and gunmetal color scheme.

IND Silverstone II BMW E93 Convertible

Designed to be clean and subtle, IND released the Silverstone II BMW E93 Convertible that received all the right car tuning modifications. The exterior package consists of a polyurethane front lip extension along with the removal of all stock reflectors. In the rear they installed the new “challenge” diffuser, and stunning BBS wheels that really make this BMW E93 Convertible unique. The 20 inch BBS LM chrome wheels come wrapped in Nitto Invo performance tires and fit perfectly while matching the exterior silver paint job. In the next few months IND will complete the car with an Eisenmann Sport exhaust system, Rogue short shifter kit, and aftermarket shift knob and boot. Although performance numbers were not released yet, as it sits now the standard numbers for the IND Silverstone II BMW E93 Convertible are a 4.0 liter V8 that produces 414 hp and 295 ft-lbs of torque. Since IND has an exclusive portfolio of cars, the styling kit is not going to be a mass produced modified car, however one that is built uniquely for their clients.
