The tuners at Schmidt Revolution have released a new program for the VW Golf GTI Mk5. Looking very aggressive, the tuned Volkswagen sports car received a new sport suspension, dual exhaust system, and OEM R32 rear bumper. Meanwhile, new 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Marangoni high performance tires bring all the exterior modifications together.
The tuning company at CFC teamed up with MK Soundstyle in Nuess, Germany to put together this custom program for the Volkswagen Golf GTI sport hatch. As far as the exterior goes, the Golf GTI only received a matte silver paint job with a new set of bespoke wheels. The new paint costs 1,500 Euros, while the tuners added a few extra elements to make it more attractive. For the stance on this Volkswagen, CFC installed an upgraded suspension kit that goes for 749 Euros. A new high performance exhaust system from Eisenmann gives it a throaty sound, and the engine tuning came next.
Motoren Technik Mayer (MTM) has created an exclusive tuning program for the VW Golf GTI VI to prepare for its new rival the Golf R coming soon. The Volkswagen Golf VI GTI is their icon of the sports car, but it needed more power to compete with the upcoming Golf R. So MTM refined the Golf hatchback with a boosted engine, new wheels, and a brake kit. On all fours are matte black MTM Bimoto light alloy rims wrapped in Continental XL Sportcont tires measuring 235/35/19 in size. Under the hood MTM performed some ECU tuning and added an additional air filter for the VW Golf GTI that increased the engines performance to a maximum of 270 bhp with 400 Nm of torque.
Hofele has created a new tuning kit for Golf GTI called “Hofele-Design“. The body kit looks really aerodynamic and the Golf Mark V GTI has received a new, high performance exhaust system too. The new body kit has a big front bumper with two huge air spaces. The car also received a few engine modifications to make it sportier in order to match it’s new design. The new Hofele exhaust system, made from stainless steel, brings more power to the car and it’s inserted in modified rear bumper.
