One of Germany’s lesser known tuning companies, Wetterauer Engineering GmbH has created a new package for the MINI Countryman Cooper S. An interesting foil wrap in this matte brown color was chosen to cover the car, while a new set of 18-inch ATS rims wrapped in 225/45R18 high performance tires complete the exterior look. Inside the MINI Cooper you will find four new lightweight racing bucket seats made of carbon fiber and wrapped in black leather for extra comfort. Pull back the sun visors and you will find blue LED lights for a customized feature, and a oddly placed iPad that looks like you’d smash it with your hand while shifting into fifth gear.

CoverEFX Mini Cooper JCW
Check out this unique Mini Cooper JCW sporting a Louis Vuitton inspired wrap put together by the guys at CoverEFX. Besides the car wrap, the Mini also received gold metallic accents, matte gold trim, black leather, a KW suspension kit, and 17-inch alloy rims wrapped in high performance Toyo tires. Surprisingly the tuning firm offers two performance packages for the Mini Cooper. The first stage features an optimized ECU, sport exhaust system, and high flow air filter for the 1.6-liter turbo engine. After installation it was able to produce 236 PS and 350 Nm of torque, but the stage 2 is able to improve it even further.
Nowack Motors Mini Cooper S and JCW
The German tuners at Nowack Motors have released an upgrade package for the Mini Cooper S and Mini Cooper S JCW to make the mini sports car a blast to drive. The tuning company has released the kits in three stages, N210, N230, and N260, which each state the horsepower figures in their names. For the first stage of tuning, the Nowack engineers installed an ECU upgrade and a free flowing air filter to bring the number to 210 PS. The Mini Cooper N230 package gains an addition 20 horsepower from the remapped ECU and a new stainless steel exhaust system.
Mini John Cooper Works Challenge
If you like small and speedy cars then Mini should be the best pick for you. There was a movie a couple of years ago called Italian Job where 3 Minis where modified and turned into reputable racing cars. Since everyone wants to make a car that it’s like in movies the guys from John Cooper Works modified this Mini into a great racing car. This won’t be approved for use on the roads and it’s designed only for racing. The tuners installed a 1.6L engine that can develop about 210 HP [that’s really huge for a car that’s so small]. Also, they’ve upgraded the Engine Cooling Unit, Suspension kit, turbo kit and many other performance modifications.
