Vath Mercedes E63 AMG

Updated on

This is the new Vath Performance Mercedes E63 AMG project based off the E-Class from Mercedes-Benz. Both visual and performance improvements were made on the four door sedan. It is powered by the factory engine which has been modified to produce 605 hp and 690 Nm of torque. These numbers let the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG run a 0-100 km/h time of just 4.1 seconds, with an overall top speed of 340 km/h. Helping the Mercedes reach these figures are forged pistons, sport camshafts, larger intake, new exhaust valves, and improved cylinder heads.

The customizations to the engine block required some serious ECU tuning to get everything running perfect. Vath Performance charges 19,635 euro for the modifications, and also offer a new aero kit. Included in the body kit is a new boot spoiler lip, carbon diffuser, and front bumper which holds the carbon front apron suspension. Handling was improved on the Mercedes E63 AMG with the addition of airmatics lowering system which dropped the car 30 mm. Customers can even choose to have the interior decked out with a carbon set for 2,737 euro.
