RENNtech Mercedes SLR McLaren

A slew of tuning companies showed up to resurrect this Mercedes SLR McLaren and turn it into one of the world’s fastest. The package uses body parts from Mansory, with tuners RENNtech, Exotics Boutique, Platinum Motorsport, and MACarbon bringing it all together. The kit on the exterior of the SLR is called the Renovatio from Mansory, and the supercharger comes courtesy of RENNtech. The transmission was also upgraded by RENNtech to handle all the extra power.

After the tuning of the Mercedes SLR McLaren, the car now produces around 770 horsepower and you can see the video where it accomplishes a 10.29 second quarter mile at 134 mph. To go along with the performance and exterior styling, RENNtech installed some new racing coilovers with 3-way adjustability. A hydraulic lift kit was also hooked up to lower or raise the car by 45 mm when neccessary. Completing the Mercedes SLR McLaren kit are 20-inch Agetro M140 monoblock wheels, and many will see this car on display this week at the SEMA Show.
