Mansory Chopster

Here we go again! Since everyone loved the Bugatti Veyron modified by Mansory yesterday, the great car tuner unveiled today at Geneva a new modified car based on Porsche Cayenne Turbo S. Mansory bought the tuning division from Rinspeed in November and the new Chopster is the result of that merge. The car received an incredible carbon fiber body kit which includes a new hood, new front bumper, extended front and rear fenders, new side skirts, a new rear roof spoiler and a new rear apron with integrated air diffuser. The guys from Mansory chopped this car’s roof and lowered it with 60 mm and they also widened their Cayenne by 80 mm. All body kit elements were made from carbon fiber and hardened under strong pressure and high temperatures to increase their strength and reduce the car’s weight. The front side of this Chopster has large air inlets which provide an optimal air supply for the drive unit and also hide four extra highlights.

The car looks aggressive and the raw-carbon with red finishes combination is amazing but this Porsche received a lot more improvements. The car tuner installed a larger turbocharger and after they remapped the engine this V8 could deliver 710HP  and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. Since they car has better aerodynamics and it’s much more powerful than it’s stock version the guys from Mansory had to improve it’s handling and stability too and they installed 23″ wheels with huge brakes: 420 x 400 mm on the front axle and 375 x 30 on the rear axle.

The car’s interior was also modified with the most precious materials and high-tech gadgets. They used perfect leather skins and carbon fiber applications to make it look sportier and those monitor screens in the front head rests, the DVD player and laptop with internet access make a perfect symbiosis between dynamic functionality and luxurious ambience.

  1. I want to take nothing away from the invested effort, but the orange roof gives it a stunted look. The car look too lowered, and the stubby rear bumper does not help very much.

  2. i love this suv it is out of this world,
i own one my self cayenne s 2006 iwish mine could like this.
