The tuners at ABT Sportsline have released a new package for the five-door hatch Audi A1. This comes shortly after the company announced a three-door tuning kit, so they will now have more coverage for the A1 model line. It includes a complete mix of styling and performance parts, several of which we’ll cover right now. On the exterior are some modest improvements including vents in the fenders, side skirt addditions, chrome tailpipes and a new alloy wheel set measuring either 17 or 18-inches.
The Japanese car tuning company Wald International has announced a new package for the Lexus CT 200h hybrid hatchback. This kit will go along with the infamous Black Bison line of aftermarket parts, a series Wald has been working on for a while now. The new program will feature a full aero body kit, suspension tweaks and a new set of wheels to completely transform the exterior.
Gemballa is on the car tuning block again with the Porsche Cayenne and their GT Aero kits. This time they have released the all new GT Aero 2 package for the second generation Porsche Cayenne 958. This kit was specifically designed to build onto the previous Aero 1 which consisted of new front and rear bumpers along with a roof spoiler.
Wheelsandmore have done it again, this time with the all new 2012 Audi R8 GT Spyder which they are calling the Triade Bianco package. This package focuses on reducing the weight to go along with an increase of power, as well as some new styling improvements to make the sports car more aggressive.
If you are an Audi A5 owner and looking to have your car look like a RS5, then turn to Rieger tuning. They have created this aerodynamic facelift package for the A5 to make it more aggressive at the front as well as the rear to closely resemble the RS5. Styling improvements include a new front bumper with carbon spoiler, side skirts and a rear skirt extension that holds facotry RS5 exhaust pipes.
Car tuning company Royal Customs has released a new body kit for the Toyota Land Cruiser that will be 1 of 20 produced worldwide. Each Land Cruiser will come with an original Royal Customs certificate of authenticity and a badge placed inside the dashboard stating the number of production. From the pictures you can see it received a new front lip, hood scoop, fender covers, rear bumper with integrated diffuser and new exhaust tips for a sportier look. The tuners also hooked it up with 1-inch body spacers to allow extra wheel clearance for the Toyota Land Cruiser in case the owners want to install new wheels.
This BMW 1602 has recently been spotted on eBay where it received a full truck conversion by Ottowerks to make it a unique piece of BMW history. This model was a classic for the Bavarian carmakers, which eventually paved the way for the 3-series we all love today. However, since they never released a truck version of the sporty coupe, California based tuners Ottowerks have transformed it.
Even though we haven’t seen an official announcement for the retiring of the BMW M3 E92 model, Vorsteiner has released this kit with a hint. They stated that this BMW M3 GTRS5 program will be “commemorating the retiring” of the famous coupe. The car tuning firm plans to continue the GTRS widebody series with the new BMW model, however it’s going to be hard to not like this M3 kit.
The all new Ferrari FF has received a new sports car tuning program from the famous company Novitec Rosso. Bone stock, the Italian exotic holds a 6.3-liter V12 engine producing 651 horsepower with 683 Nm of torque. Novitec offers four separate power upgrades for the Ferrari FF, stating off with a basic ECU tune. This brings the output to 674 horses and 696 Nm of torque, while the addition of a new stainless steel exhaust jumps it up a bit to 679 HP and 701 Nm of torque.
Fresh off the press, car modification company Retrobuilt has taken the new fifth generation Ford Mustang and made it look like the old classic 1969 Shelby GT500. The tuners who are located in Missouri have been working on this 1969 Shelby GT 500CS package for a while now and it is ready for the public. The conversion kit will include all new body panels, new headlights, taillights, chrome trim and Shelby wheels to replicate the original 69 Mustang.
For owners of the Ferrari 458 Italia Spider who want a sportier and enhanced look for their ride, then turn to Novitec Rosso for this new kit. The German tuning company unveiled this package for the brand new sports car that was offered to public right after the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. Performance specifications from the factory show a 4.5-liter V8 powerplant capable of producing 570 horsepower. After Novitec Rosso got their hands on one, they installed a new carbon fiber air box, aftermarket exhaust system, and wrapped it together with some ECU tuning to output a stunning 601 HP with 420 lb-ft of torque.
This could possibly be the next big trend for custom wheel colors. German vinyl car wrap specialists Foliatec have manufactured a new spray film that will allow tuning enthusiasts to change the color of their wheels easily. It is much cheaper than an expensive paint job, and coats the wheel in a tough rubber like film that will also protect the original coating underneath. If the customer doesn’t like the result or wants to change the color later on, they can simply peel it off with a removal kit.
