D2Forged Aston Martin V8 Vantage

The US tuning company D2Forged usually specializes in wheel packages, but have now released a complete kit for the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. This one definitely got our attention, and is one of the better looking Aston Martin’s we’ve seen. But then again, what V8 Vantage doesn’t look good? D2Forged was able to make the car more aggressive with aftermarket body pieces, new wheels, and a lowering kit. The aftermarket parts include a carbon fiber front lip and carbon fiber rear diffuser delivered by RSC Tuning.

More tuning packages are becoming available for many of BMW’s SUV lines. H. Hartge GmbH & Co KG has released just that. A new package for the BMW X6 M is now offered for increased horse power, torque, and made out of reliable quality parts. Hartge Co not only upgraded their X6, but has made similar packages available for the entire BMW X1 line. The well known world-wide tuning firm Mansory, has released these pictures of the Maserati GranTurismo package. Also for the GranTurismo S, this upgrade program features both performance and styling improvements, and is the first Maserati kit from the Mansory tuners. At the exterior level, a complete body kit was installed, made from carbon fiber and includes a new front fascia, lip spoiler, side skirts, trunk lid spoiler, rear bumper, and integrated rear diffuser. A new exhaust system was fitted with the diffuser, and then Mansory installed a new hood with front air scoops. Mansory performance tuning came next with the Maserati Gran Turismo.

Project Kahn Audi A8

Project Kahn released these images of the luxurious Audi A8 that has been customized to show its true sportiness. The tuning firm added 21-inch F1-X Carbon Fiber Edition wheels, FWD, paragon tinted windows, Audi Space Frame aluminum body, and an adjustable air suspension to give it this look. It leaves all competition on the sidelines when it comes down to being eco-friendly. With the all aluminum body, the Audi A8 is very lightweight, which reduces its emission levels drastically. It only emits 199 g/km of CO2 from the extremely efficient 2.8-liter gas engine. Additionally, the emissions of NOx have also been reduced since the engine is still fueled by gasoline.

Oakley Design Ferrari 458 Italia

The tuners at Oakley Design have released the updates for the Ferrari 458 Italia package that will increase the production to seven cars, instead of the previously planned five. High demand for this unique Ferrari car has pushed the tuning company to make a couple more, and each will hold an individual numbered plaque. A new carbon fiber front spoiler lip was installed, which increased the downforce by 25kg after some wind tunnel testing. A rear spoiler added an additional 23kg to the rear axle, and both of these test were completed at 150 mph. Other exterior modifications include the Oakley Design carbon fiber roof panel, mirror covers, and engine cover below the rear window glass.

Vorsteiner VRT Porsche 911

The Porsche 911 Turbo is an amazing car, and from the factory comes with a 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine producing 500 PS and 651 Nm of torque. This power was plenty enough for the tuners at Vorsteiner, however they are well known to push cars to the limit in terms of exterior styling. For this project, the tuning company installed their own body kit to improve the aerodynamics, and gave this Porsche 911 its full potential. It consists of a custom front fascia featuring new air intakes, side skirts, new rear bumper, and diffuser underneath. A larger spoiler was swapped out with the stock piece, saving weight with the new carbon fiber design and providing extra downforce for all that power.

Andrew Bynum’s Pimped Out BMW M6

Being a professional basketball player definitely has its perks, and here we have Andrew Bynum of the Los Angeles Lakers showing off his pimped out BMW M6. Out of all the cars he could have picked with his $13.8 million a year salary for the 2010-2011 season, he decided to go with a BMW M6. Personally, I would have just ordered a Bugatti with that kind of money, but the modifications Bynum went with were worth the time. He chose G-Power to increase the performance with a stage 3 kit consisting of a  new supercharger system, ECU tuning, and exhaust system. The result is over 800 horsepower in this custom M6, much more than the factory 500 hp, and he didn’t stop there.
