Wimmer Porsche GT2 RS

The Solingen-based tuning experts from Wimmer have released their latest masterpiece based on the Porsche GT2 RS. Exterior styling was left untouched, while the Wimmer tuners optimized the performance parts of the two turbos, air intake, throttle valve, and new sport air filter. With these aftermarket parts installed, the custom Wimmer monster now produces 703 horsepower and 810 Nm of torque. At the track its top speed was 356 km/h, while the acceleration time was recorded at 3.3 seconds flat.

The car’s stock roll cage weights 60 kg and the new one installed by Oakley Design weights only 12 kg and any customer would feel that weight reduction when he’s accelerating the car. Under the hood, the car tuning company modified the engine cooling unit and after they installed a pair of KKK turbochargers this GT2 gained 89HP, from 523 HP to 632 HP. The car also received a stiffer suspension and better breaks.
