Since the Geneva Motor Show is now underway, Novitec Rosso has released their latest tuning project on the Ferrari 599 GTB called the 848 RACE. Their specialists will only be creating three of these beautifully modified Ferrari 599 GTB models, which are more powerful than the previous Ferrari 599 Fiorano. The Ferrari engine alone could go without any customizations, so the guys at Novitec focused on the exterior styling first. This 848 RACE version of the Ferrari 599 features a new front spoiler lip, rear apron, rear diffuser, custom rear wing, and new rocker panels. These upgrades were installed to improve aerodynamics and cooling to the V12, which received some aftermarket parts.

Adding their Performance Stage 3 package, the car tuning specialists at Novitec Rosso have modified the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano. They increased the final output to 660 hp by integrating a new engine management system that remapped the ignition and injection system. Novitec Rosso also increased the maximum engine speed to 8,550 rpm, allowing the car to reach a top speed of 335 km/h. Pricing for this modification for the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano starts at 10,490 euro, however extra aftermarket parts are available as well. Working on a new exhaust system with a controllable exhaust flap, Novitec Rosso is aiming to allow the customer to control the exhaust sound. They plan to place a ‘Manettino’ switch on the steering wheel which will allow the simple tuning of the exhaust note.

Tuning specialists Novitec Rosso have revealed their aftermarket kit for the limited edition Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M convertible. Ferrari plans to manufacture only 499 of these vehicles, so they will even be rare without the kit from Novitec. Boosting the 4.3 liter V8 are two belt driven high performance compressors increasing the pressure to 0.48 bar. These compressors give the Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M an extra 186 horsepower for a total of 696 hp and 682 Nm of torque. With those performance numbers the Ferrari can sprint from 0-100 km/h in only 3.5 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 9.7 seconds, 0-300 km/h in 23.8 seconds, and claim a top speed of 330 km/h. Novitec Rosso didn’t stop there with only engine performance, they added NF3 dual spoke wheels measuring 8.5×20 in the front, and 12×20 in the rear. The wheels come wrapped in high performance Pirelli tires, and they upgraded the suspension to accommodate the wheel package.

The Scuderia Spider 16M is probably Ferrari’s most hardcore convertible ever with a powerful V8 engine that delivers 510 HP at an incredible power to weight ratio of 2.6 kg/hp. The exclusive car will be produced in just 499 units with breathtaking performances: it could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and it could reach a top speed of 315 km/h. Lucky rich guys could snag one of these truly evocative special series cars from Ferrari, but even though there will be only 499 units produced, some customers will still want to make their car stand out from the crowd and Novitec Rosso got a solution for that. It’s not official yet, but you know everything is revealed faster on the internet and a couple of pictures with the Novitec Rosso Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M appeared today. The well known Ferrari tuner made a full tuning package for the powerful convertible and it seems they managed to add a lot of horses under the hood.
