Nissan Stagea GT-R Front End Swap

Friday, April 6th, 2012:

Check out this JDM M35 Nissan Stagea with a Nissan GTR front end. This is very similar to one of the first R35 GTR station wagon that was seen at the Nagoya Auto Show in 2009. Looks like the body sculptor did an excellent job with the front bumper, fenders and hood to make it look almost stock. Many Nissan GTR tuning enthusiasts will be impressed with this project as it will surely turn heads driving down the road.

Nissan GTR Nismo GT3 Race Car

Thursday, March 29th, 2012:

It is finally here, the Nisan GTR Nismo GT3 race car that was put together by JR Motorsports. It has been under construction since 2011 and has gone through numerous tests to reach perfection. The Nismo GTR is powered by the factory 3.8-liter twin turbo, however the V6 delivering 530 PS will only go to one drive axle instead of the stock AWD. This will make the Nissan sports car much faster for racing conditions, while the aerodynamics will help the handling as well. While this isn’t the fastest Nissan GTR ever built, it is one of the most appealing in terms of styling.

Video: Nissan GTR Crashes Into Parked Cars

Tuesday, July 12th, 2011:

Check out this car crash video after the jump of a Nissan GTR flying through the streets of Moscow and smashing several parked cars on its way. This occurred on July 6, and was caught by a couple security cameras that have now flooded Youtube. It appears the Nissan GT-R driver was trying to pass another car when it lost a wheel and was sent into a path of destruction for the innocent cars parked on the side of the road. The largest SUV of them all was thrown into the air as the solid construction of the GTR held it together to keep sliding down the road. See the video and more aftermath pictures of the car crash after the jump.

Nissan GTR ADV10 Deep Concave Wheels

Saturday, April 9th, 2011:

Sometimes all you need to tune up your car is a new set of wheels. Take this Nissan GTR for example, sporting a brand new set of ADV10 Deep Concave rims wrapped in low profile tires. It doesn’t take a thousand mods to make your car unique, however a few thousands dollars can get you a completely different look in just about a hour from any wheel specialist. Just look at this Nissan GT-R, not a single aftermarket part was installed besides the wheels, and it looks stunning. Props to the guys from ADV for this wheel design measuring 21×10.5 up front, and 21×12.5 at the rear. Like the saying goes, “less is more” it’s good to spend the extra buck for a nice set of rims, you usually won’t be disappointed.

Koenigseder Nissan GTR

Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010:

Koenigseder Nissan GTR

The prestigious Austria-based tuning company Koenigseder has released a new kit for the Nissan GTR. Back in 2007, Nissan launched the highly anticipated Godzilla GT-R with a twin-turbo engine producing 480 horsepower. Since then, tuners have raised the standards and half of them have nearly doubled the performance figures. The Nissan GTR has received all the hype it deserves so far, and Koenigseder decided to add their touch to what can be considered the sports car of the decade in terms of price and performance. First, the tuning firm painted the exterior in their favorite bright orange color, which is common to see with the other projects they take on. Next was the all new Nissan GTR aerodynamic kit with a moderate design.

Nissan GT-R R34 with R35 Front End

Monday, June 28th, 2010:

Nissan GTR R34 R35 Front

Here is something you wouldn’t expect to see this soon, a Nissan GT-R R34 with a new GT-R R35 front end swapped. It’s surprising that these tuners were able to get a hold of a R35 front fascia, but then decided to swap out the stock R34 front for a new look. The Nissan wide body kit appears to have an unfinished rear end, but is most likely the first of its kind in the world of tuning cars. In my opinion the GTR R34 front end from Japan looks better than these new Nissan GTR R35 models, but what do you think? Was all this custom work worth it?

Nissan GT-R R35 by Esprit

Nissan GT-R R35 by Esprit

A lot of people would say that germans and americans are really good at car tuning and probably no one has heard about Japanese Car Tuners. Esprit is one of them and they’ve just modified this Nissan GT-R R35. They tried to keep it simple and the car is completely pained with white that gives a luxury effect to this car. The new body kit turns the car into a muscle car and those 20″ rims from Ings complete the car’s nice look. Esprit also modified the engine a bit by installing a new Engine Cooling Unit. They added to that a high performance 5Zigen exhaust system and now the car’s performances are a lot better. Read More →
