Check out this car, a Dodge Viper with a Saab 9-3 stationwagon body on top, proving that anything is possible when you use your imagination and have the right tools for the job. A team of Swedish tuners took on this Viper project after they originally bought it for a rebuild, then spare parts were difficult to come by, so the plans changed. Looks like it worked out well since they now have a Saab 9-3 powered by a SRT10 Viper engine. However, this custom build wasn’t easy because the V10 8.4-liter powerplant was too big for the engine bay, and it had to be pushed inside the cabin some. After the jump you can see more pictures and a video of the bodiless Viper doing donuts.

CULT Energy Drink is about to reveal this exceptionally tuned Dodge Challenger SRT8 at the upcoming SEMA Show next week in Las Vegas. Not a big fan of Dodge’s but this is one Challenger I’d drive. Do you see that blower coming out the hood! This black matted monster boasts an amazing masculine widebody kit to go along with the 8.3-liter V8 HEMI. Additionally, this mean looking muscle car spotlights the highly aggressive red front lights, CULT stickers, larger wheels and brakes, and of course the supercharger that almost reaches the sky. Full details about this Dodge Challenger will be available once the SEMA Show starts on November 2nd.
This Dodge Dakota Convertible truck was sold on eBay recently, and one lucky car tuning enthusiast was fortunate enough to grab this unique automobile. This is 1 of 909 built in 1990, and there were only around 3,000 ever manufactured between 89-90. Yes, the top is completely factory, and this truck is reasonably priced for how rare it is. Many of these convertible trucks were destroyed in the Cash for Clunkers, a program that lets owners trade in their old cars and trucks for a discount when buying a new car or truck from a dealership. Looks like the owner put a little work into tuning the Dakota convertible as well. Listed in the auction are several modifications including Eagle alloy rims, lowering links, alarm system, and a deep sounding performance exhaust.
The tuning experts at SpeedFactory perfected their version of the new Dodge Challenger SRT8 with an output of over 600 HP, not including a supercharger. With a normal Challenger puting out around 425 Hp, SpeedFactory’s tuning package boosts power by nearly 175hp. To accomplish all this, they took the cars standard 6.1-liter Hemi, bored it to 7.0-liters, and then added a stainless steel exhaust from Corsa and custom Comp. Hydraulic cam with an 85mm throttle body and CNC stock manifold were installed next.
