The guys from Drop Top Customs have done it again, this time with an all new Dodge Charger SRT8 Super Bee that they’ve turned into a convertible. While most of this tuning companies builds are custom orders, they recently said a limited production of 13 convertible Chargers will be made with the 6.4-liter V8 Hemi SRT8. Each customer will receive their sports car with a soft top that matches the color of the Super Bee stripes.

Orlando-based tuning company Ultimate Auto has created this version of the Dodge Challenger SRT-8 with huge Pirelli tires. They were able to fit Savini 24-inch forged alloy rims and stretched some Pirelli 405/25/24 high performance tires in the wheel wells. The results show a super flush fitment that we hope the stock suspension can handle since no upgrades in that department were noted.

South Florida based tuners Superior Auto Design have given the works to their latest Dodge Viper customization. They started off by wrapping the classic sports car in a satin black 3M car film and then added carbon fiber and gloss accents to the door jams. A new ACR hood gives the Viper a more aggressive appearance, while the factory stripes were removed and body work smoothed out the lines from front to back. The new Dodge Viper logo on the trunk came next and the exterior was completed with powder coated brake calipers hiding under the 20-inch forged rims wrapped in high performance tires.

Drop Top Customs based out of Florida has delivered some new packages for the Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 sedans. By the name of the tuning company you can see they specialize in making one of a kind convertible cars that aren’t offered by the factory. Some of their previous work includes a Chevy Camaro convertible back in 2009 and a Cadillac CTS convertible in 2010.

Famous comedian and ventriloquist Jeff Dunham pulled the covers off his “Project UltraViolet” Dodge Challenger SRT8 at this week’s SEMA Show. This was a collaboration project between Mopar, SRT and Jeff’s crew from Palmer’s Customs based out of Camarillo, California. The car combines an ultra-violoet paint with a black upper half, and received a variety of exterior modifications to make it one bad machine.
