The guys at Carlsson brought their A-game to the Geneva Motor Show with a new version of the C25 called the Royale, based on the Mercedes SL 65 AMG. The tuning firm announced a limited run of 25 units, and the highly modified coupe already has six orders placed. These will be delivered sometime in 2011, while future orders for the C25 Royale take six months to complete and ship out. When comparing the factory Mercedes SL 65 AMG, the Royale weighs 180 kilograms lighter, and this was accomplished with the extensive use of carbon fiber, found on the hood and new roof. Other lightweight components are the full ceramic brake system, which are half the weight of the stock Mercedes SL65 AMG parts. However, the styling and weight reduction aren’t the only parts that Carlsson focused on, the performance under the hood is just as impressive as the exterior.

The German car tuning company Carlsson recently released their newest upgrade package for the Mercedes E-Class Cabrio ranging from sleek new exterior add-ons to performance and more. To begin the process, the team from Carlsson had to upgrade the exterior adding a new set of alloy wheels (available from 16-20-inches), a new front and rear spoiler. To achieve top of the line status, the most costly wheels in the package go for 2,712 Euros with the general package at a reasonable 1,698 Euros. The interior is like a world of its own. Wrapped in the most styling Alcantara upholstery and clean cut leather, this interior is something to remember.
The German tuners at Carlsson have surprised the aftermarket industry with their French model Citroen C5, set to premiere at the International Auto Show in Leipzig. Typically customizing Mercedes-Benz models, the tuning company has chosen to upgrade the wagon and family saloon Citroen C5. It is said that a new exterior and interior styling package will be exclusively designed. The Carlsson Citroen C5 will be developed in collaboration with the French car manufacturer to have the both the sedan and wagon body styles perfected.
The German tuning firm Carlsson announced earlier this month of their latest sports car project dubbed the C25. This came prior to the Geneva Motor Show, where we all got to see the Carlsson C25 masterpiece. From the front view of the car, you can describe it as dynamic and aggressive, with trapezoid shapes for the large air inlets. Typical Carlsson styling if you ask me, but if you look at it from the side, it confirms the fact that we are looking at classic GT-proportions, with a front centered engine. The rear view is just as impressive, and even holds a highly visible aerodynamic functionality.
Car tuning specialists from Germany, Carlsson have created a new styling kit for the premium Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe. The new program from Carlsson offers exterior styling to improve the sporty and individual appearance of the Mercedes Coupe. They installed a lowering kit on the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe that lowers the tuned car approximately 30 mm and is priced at 239 euros plus tax. Customers have the option of two different wheel packages available in either 19 or 20 inches. The first set of rims are 1/5 REVO wheels measuring 20 inches and listed at 3,969 euros. Next are the 1/11 Evo Brilliant Edition wheels in a 19 inch model from 2,499 euros. Both these wheel packages and lowering kit for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe by Carlsson give the buyer a unique and distinguished appearance.
