AC Schnitzer BMW Z4 and BMW 550i Diesel Powered

Dominating the limelight at the AC Schnitzer booth were the BMW Z4-based 99d sports car, and the BMW 550i-based ACS5. The Geneva Motor Show was a hit this year, and both of these models offer superb performance without sacraficing the fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions. The BMW Z4 99d received a 2.0-liter, 190 horsepower turbo diesel engine, while the BMW 550i ACS5 holds a 4.4-liter V8 producing 540 horses from the turbocharged powerplant. AC Schnitzer Mini Cooper R57 Convertible

The car tuning specialists from Germany, AC Schnitzer have customized the sleek Mini Cooper R57 Convertible and it turned out quite well. The tuning program created a complete body kit package including a new front spoiler, rear skirt, and decals to make it unique. Also adding to the exterior of the Mini Cooper R57 Convertible, are several wheel packages available to choose from to fit your look. Under the hood, the German tuners tweaked the computer to increase its horsepower from 175 to 208 hp. AC Schnitzer also tuned the suspension while adding aftermarket parts, and even adding a few accessories to the interior.

AC Schnitzer 2009 BMW 7 Series

The 2009 BMW 7 Series is one of the most wanted luxury sedans on the market and AC Schnitzer made a special tuning package for this new generation from BMW. Even though they made only subtle visual modifications their BMW is really dynamic and aggressive. The car tuner added a new front bumper with a front lip that gives the car a sportier look and emphasizes the cars wheelbase with the new side skirts. The rear side of the car also received a couple of improvements and now this 7 Series is wider and looks like a muscle car. The car received dual exhaust outlets which make a thrilling sound in a new rear diffuser that looks a bit different than the original.

AC Schnitzer BMW M6 Tension Street

AC Schnitzer revealed the Tension Concept based on BMW M6 a couple of years ago but since this car impressed a lot of people they had to make a street version of their tuning kit. The car’s bonnet is eye catching and it has a large air outlet in a chrome frame that should be enough to cool down this car’s engine. They made a special front skirt which makes the car lower and it also improves downforce on the front axle at incredible speeds. The car’s rear part has a new design and a boot lid which continues the race car look. This BMW also received new sport mirrors painted with metallic & white and the guys from AC Schnitzer had to equip their version with the latest wheels made by their company from forget alloy.

With almost 420 HP BMW M3 Cabrio is a pretty fast car. That’s why AC Schnitzer wanted to improve only the car’s handling and look. They modified the car’s suspension system with a little help from Manfred Wollgarten and they also installed a high performance braking system. For the car’s exterior, AC schnitzer offers a complete body kit made from a modified front bumper, redesigned hood, side skirts, carbon fiber rear bumper and of course 20″ rims made by Type V. AC Schnitzer BMW X5 Falcon

One of the best companies when it comes to modify a BMW is AC Schnitzer. They recently created a wide body kit for the BMW X5. The tuning kit is called Falcon and it’s made up of new front and rear bumpers, wide skirts with chrome insertions and large vents on the car’s hood to cool down the powerful BMW X5 engine. The suspension is a bit lower now and the new exhaust system and 22″ rims complete this car’s aggressive look. Since the car looks a lot sportier after the tuning, they decided to improve it’s performances as well, so the car’s 3.0L engine receive a slight power boost. AC Schnitzer increased it’s power from 286 HP to 310 HP.

AC Schnitzer Profile is a tuning concept based on a BMW Z4 M-Coupe. The engine’s power was raised at 350 HP after installing a special performance tuning kit. For fast gear shifting the guys from AC Schnitzer installed a ShortShift AcSchnitzer. The new exhaust system they installed will provide thrilling sounds while you’re driving. The car’s exterior is painted in two colors: white and orange that create a nice visual effect. They also installed 20″ Type V rims that are equipped with ZR 20 tires. AC Schnitzer BMW convertible

After they modified the BMW 1-Series coupe, the specialists from AC Schnitzer have started to modify this lovely BMW 1-Series convertible. They named this convertible ACS1 Cabriolet and they improved the car’s performances a lot. This car also received a completely new body kit that makes it look stronger. AC Schnitzer added 23 HP to the 120d engine, 36 HP to the 123d engine and the strongest engine, 135i, received 60 additional HP. The car also received a new exhaust system that creates a lovely sound for everyone. Just like the BMW 1-Series Coupe that AC Schnitzer recently modified, this cabriolet has received new front and rear bumpers, side skirts and a small spoiler. Read More →
