Previously, 9ff created the world’s fastest Porsche 911 Turbo with the GT9-R, and now have closely matched the numbers with the new TR-1000. Road testing was completed at the ATP testing circuit in Papenburg, Germany where the Porsche 911 Turbo TR 1000 reached amazing top speed of 392 km/h. Under the hood is where the beauty lies, with a flat-six cylinder engine and the addition of larger turbochargers. To accomplish that race speed the engine needed new camshafts, titanium connecting rods, crankshaft, larger intercooler, and of course ECU tuning. Underneath an aftermarket high performance exhaust system was installed, and the modified Porsche 911 Turbo produced a stunning 1000 hp and 1040 Nm of torque at 7800 rpm.
