Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X

Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X

Here is some interesting tuning performed on a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X, where the owner turned this four door sedan into a two door coupe. The car is currently on eBay because the owner “doesn’t want to finish it” anymore. I wonder why? Maybe because it looks hideous? One of the best things about these cars is the fact that they have four doors, over 300 horsepower, and all wheel drive. Besides the unique EVO tuning performed here, this Mitsubishi Lancer features a wide body kit, deep dish alloy rims, coilover suspension kit, and an upgraded turbo package. Possibly, this tuners nightmare could be fixed with a wing, because whoever drew the sketches made it look a lot better.

Bentley Car On Fire 7

Most of the time a car catching on fire is due to overheating or poor engineering with the electrical parts, but the Russian media are believing something different with this Bentley Continental GT. Nobody knows exactly what happened to this luxury car, but people are suggesting that an angry group of pedestrians set it on fire because the owner took up three parking spots. If this is true, then I don’t feel bad for the owner because owning a Bentley doesn’t buy you the right for more parking space. So, let’s make this a rule now, don’t park your car in more than one space!

Challenge 2010 in Budapest

Challenge 2010 Mercedes SLS AMG

Here we have from pictures from GTspirit of the cars participating in the Challenge 2010, currently leaving Budapest to travel to Sofia. Most of the drivers stayed at the Four Seasons hotel in the Hungarian capital, while a man nearby with his camera took a bunch of great shots. This Burnout King Mercedes SLS AMG with a similar Burger King and McDonalds logo is pretty funny in my opinion, and several other cars feature hilarious originality. This run from city to city is similar to the Gumball 3000 or Top Run, where drivers enjoy the hospitality while waiting for the next city to roll through. Check out more photos after the jump, and the complete collection of 122 pics can be found here.

Project Kahn Audi A8

Project Kahn released these images of the luxurious Audi A8 that has been customized to show its true sportiness. The tuning firm added 21-inch F1-X Carbon Fiber Edition wheels, FWD, paragon tinted windows, Audi Space Frame aluminum body, and an adjustable air suspension to give it this look. It leaves all competition on the sidelines when it comes down to being eco-friendly. With the all aluminum body, the Audi A8 is very lightweight, which reduces its emission levels drastically. It only emits 199 g/km of CO2 from the extremely efficient 2.8-liter gas engine. Additionally, the emissions of NOx have also been reduced since the engine is still fueled by gasoline.

Oakley Design Ferrari 458 Italia

The tuners at Oakley Design have released the updates for the Ferrari 458 Italia package that will increase the production to seven cars, instead of the previously planned five. High demand for this unique Ferrari car has pushed the tuning company to make a couple more, and each will hold an individual numbered plaque. A new carbon fiber front spoiler lip was installed, which increased the downforce by 25kg after some wind tunnel testing. A rear spoiler added an additional 23kg to the rear axle, and both of these test were completed at 150 mph. Other exterior modifications include the Oakley Design carbon fiber roof panel, mirror covers, and engine cover below the rear window glass.
