A new record has been set at the U.S. 1/2 Mile, which is an annual drag race in Houston at Ellington Airfield. Only the fastest super cars come out to play and we were in for a treat this year. The Underground Racing twin turbo Lamborghini Superleggera set a new record by hitting 224.4 mph. This 1,800 horsepower beat also ran the 1/4 mile at 177 mph. With that much speed you will notice the camera vibrating and airflow over the engine window.

The Lamborghini Huracan is about to be released and we already have some spottings of the testing taking place at the Lambo headquarters in Sant’Agata, Bolognese, Italy. A bunch of different colors, some still wrapped with camouflage are seen in the video below. You can decide which look fits it best and we are sure to see some tuning projects for the Lamborghini Huracan very soon.
Although there are plenty of Lamborghini Aventador kits on the market today, that hasn’t stopped Hamann from launching their new Nervudo package at the Frankfurt Motor Show. With a race-ready feel, a whole new aero kit was fitted to the body, consisting of a new front bumper, two front spoilers, side skirts, roof scoop and a large rear wing. Additional modifications to the exterior include the sport exhaust system that exits through a carbon fiber rear diffuser and 20-21 inch lightweight alloy rims wrapped in high performance tires.
The tuners at DMC have revealed their latest Lamborghini Aventador package with the Molto Veloce styling kit. It features a ton of carbon fiber parts, including the front spoiler, side skirts, rear wing and diffuser. We love the new aggressive look of this aftermarket kit, and all the carbon fiber fits well with the deep blue paint job.
The British tuning firm Kahn Design has made some minor improvements to the Lamborghini Aventador, in return making it even more appealing. Some people may argue that a Lambo doesn’t need to be modified, they are perfected at the factory, however some subtle changes can be made for the better. Here we have a new tuning program called the STS-700 from RENM Performance for the Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo Stradale. A new carbon fiber body kit reduces the stock weight and drag while increasing the downforce and overall airflow. With the addition of new connecting rods, billet camshafts, billet pistons and crankshaft, the V10 powerplant now produces 700 horsepower at 8,500 rpm. Some additional aftermarkets parts to help the performance include the valve-controlled titanium exhaust system, suspension tweaks and ceramic brake kit.

The new replacement is not due for another year, so tuners like DMC still have time to prepare and market some kits. They have released this SOHO tuning program for the Lambo supercars manufactured from 2003-2007 (2004-2008MY models).
