With the recent announcement of the new Wheelsandmore Lamborghini Aventador, the tuning firm has also released this Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione package. While this car is extremely popular in Europe, it’s too bad the states never were able to get a taste of its beauty. This unique sports car was hooked up with a new white foil wrap, black accents and 21-inch forged alloy rims wrapped in Hankook S1 Evo high performance tires on the exterior.
Novitec loves to tune Italian cars and has now released a new kit for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Starting under the hood with the 1.4 TB 16 V engine, Novitec increased the numbers to 141 PS from the factory 120 PS. The 1.4 MultiAir was boosted from the original 170 PS to 195 PS, and the Alfa Romeo Giulietta holding the 1.8-liter turbocharged powerplant received a total of 261 PS and 385 newton meters of torque.
The Italian tuning company Novitec Rosso has beefed up the Alfa Romeo 8C Spider coupe to make it one of the most powerful Alfa’s on the street. Starting off with a new supercharger for the 4.7-liter V8, it had to be customized to fit under the bonnet. After the tuners made it fit, the power was boosted to 600 PS and 588 Nm of torque. An optional stainless steel exhaust is also available to annoy the neighbors while you drive down the road, or to intimidate the competition during a race. At the track, the Alfa Romeo 8C Spider was able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, while reaching a top speed of 305 km/h.
Here we have a tuning kit for the Alfa Romeo MiTo GTA that is made by the Fiat electronics division and major OEM supplier Magneti Marelli. They have manufactured everything from ECUs to headlights, and worked with Microsoft and Ford with the development of the Sync and Blue&Me car computer systems. The scope of the company even reaches out to constructing the Kinetic Energy Recovery System for Ferrari models, as well as electronics found on almost every car in production today. Now the company is launching its own tuning division called Magneti Marelli Elaborazioni, with their first kit for the the Alfa Romeo MiTo GTA called the Kit-One.
Markuzzi Exclusive brings us their latest build with the Alfa MiTo 1.4TB series. Previously we featured the Markuzzi redesigned Reventon style Lamborghini Gallardo, and have now received the tuning news of the upgraded Alfa Romeo MiTo. From the factory the car holds 155 hp, but after a power increase from the tuners it now boasts a few upgraded parts and performance gains. Under the hood Markuzzi Exclusive hooked it up with a new air filter, catback sport exhaust system, and optimized the ECU software to push the horsepower to 199. After the engine tuning, they installed an adjustable suspension and added SPort 18-inch aluminum wheels wrapped in high performance tires.
