Tuning company Vath has released a new package for the 2013 Mercedes A-Class and we received these photographs of the A250 model. The factory 2.0-liter gas engine received a decent boost from the stock 211 horsepower to now 245 HP, while the torque was increased from 350 Nm to 390 Nm. This hot new hatchback can now accelerate from 0 to 60 in just 5.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph.
Aftermarket parts found on this Mercedes A-Class tuning project include a 270 EVO downpipe along a 200 cell tri-metal catalyst that is stainless steel. New lowering springs improve handling and appearance while a set of 19-inch rims wrapped in high performance tires measuring 235/35ZR19 are found up front, and 255/30ZR19 at the rear.
Extra modifications Vath offers include a carbon fiber front lip spoiler, stainless steel brake lines, Castrol SRF racing brake fluid, a new sport steering wheel and a few carbon accents throughout the cockpit. After seeing this tastefully tuned Mercedes A250, we are now anxious to find out what other tuning companies will bring to the table.
