Ford has released these teaser images of the Ford Escape and Ford Explorer receiving some aftermarket parts for the upcoming SEMA Show. We actually have two different Escape models, one has been hooked up with a 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost unit. The other had the same unit installed, but is an all-wheel-drive model with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
As for the new 2013 Ford Explorer, it holds a 3.5-liter V6 engine with EcoBoost Sport and was put together by notorious wheels makers Forgiato. The tuned Ford received a new set of 26×10 three-piece forged rims wrapped in high performance Pirelli tires measuring 295/30R26. The body received the same Pearl White paint as the rims, and some final modifications to the Ford Explorer were some minor tweaks to the interior.
The ford escape looks sick with those wheels!
