While we don’t recommend this method nor approve its safety, the guys from Mighty Car Mods came up with a quick and easy way to jack a car up with a scissor jack. If you have cordless drill or any type of power drill, just fit a socket on the end that roughly matches the end of the scissor jack. While it may strip the inside of the socket, it will save a few minutes by not having to turn the jack manually by hand. If using this method, precede with caution after the car is jacked up, and be sure to use at least two jack stands for extra support!
