A strange image of an Audi Q7 SUV truck conversion has been circling the web now and believed to come from an Audi fan blog. This diamond plated aluminum custom made truck bed is something you don’t see everyday, and begs the question if real or fake. Many pictures on the internet now are photoshopped, and the low quality of this image has us contemplating the legitimacy. It is definitely possible to do this, but why someone would spend all their time is the real question. Why not just buy pickup truck? Maybe they love Audi’s and wanted to make easy trips to the hardware store, or it could be that the rear end of the roof was damaged and the easiest solution was to chop the top. What do you think?

Tuning company Brabus never ceases to amaze us. This time they have released a brand new package for the Mercedes E-Class called the 800 E V12 Cabriolet. Completely redesigning the exterior, the Mercedes received a new carbon fiber body kit, fresh alloy wheels, and a sport suspension kit to tie it all together. The black 19-inch alloys wrapped in high performance tires gives it a murdered out feel, while the performance numbers are even more stunning. We’re going to hold out on the performance specs for right now, and move to the interior where you will find carbon fiber trim, a new sport steering wheel, and speedometer capable of reaching 400 km/h! In less than two weeks, Top Gear America Season 2 will premier on the History Channel! Set for the Sunday July 24th launch, this video features the stars of the show, Tanner Foust, Adam Ferrara, and Rutledge Wood. If you are familiar with the original Top Gear UK, you will notice the American version of Top Gear left out the montage of the season features. Instead they highlighted the specialties of the hosts, and with the success of the first season of Top Gear USA, we should be in for a treat this year. Hit the jump to see for yourself!

Check out this car crash video after the jump of a Nissan GTR flying through the streets of Moscow and smashing several parked cars on its way. This occurred on July 6, and was caught by a couple security cameras that have now flooded Youtube. It appears the Nissan GT-R driver was trying to pass another car when it lost a wheel and was sent into a path of destruction for the innocent cars parked on the side of the road. The largest SUV of them all was thrown into the air as the solid construction of the GTR held it together to keep sliding down the road. Here is the latest tuning project from Kicherer based on the Mercedes CLS 500 called the Black Edition. Performance numbers show a plentiful 470 PS and 690 Nm of torque, boosted up from the factory 408 PS and 600 Nm of torque. This comes from a software update and addition of a new high performance sports exhaust system. A device called the PowerConverter has been installed by Kicherer, which allows the Mercedes CLS 500 to accelerate almost immediately upon touching the pedal. Exterior styling consists of the HighEnd Foliation car wrap in a matte black and carbon look that is completed with a set of new Kicherer RS-1 20-inch forged rims.
