Mansory Ferrari 458 Italia Siracusa

Another great tuning work has been released by the guys at Manosory called the Siracusa and based on the Ferrari 458 Italia. The modified sports car features a new front apron with inlets, new bonnet, side skirts, and integrated ducts all made from carbon fiber. This shaves off 70 kg, while the rear window was swapped out with carbon fiber blades. The Ferrari 458 Siracusa is powered by the 4.5-liter V8, and named after a town in Sicily known for its historic race track. Power upgrades to the powerplant increased the figures to 590 PS and 560 Nm of torque, and consist of an ECU tuning remap, new air filter, and sport exhaust system.

ABT Audi R8 V10 Spyder

Typically the tuners at ABT focus on the VW projects, but this time they came to the Geneva Motor Show with a new 600 horsepower Audi R8 V10 Spyder. The German tuning firm pulled 620 hp to be exact, and the Audi R8 looks better than ever. It received a red paint job with black styling throughout, along with many carbon fiber parts. Some to name include the front skirt, rear skirt, windscreen cover, air scoops, and the engine bay finished with carbon. These aftermarket parts help reduce the weight of the Audi sports car, while the flagship vehicle received new wheels measuring either 19 or 20-inches. Performance specifications come next.

Carlsson Mercedes CLS

Rolf Schlepp, chief designer for the Carlsson tuning company, accentuates the coupe styling of the Mercedes CLS with a new aerodynamic package. The kit includes stainless-steel grille inserts, rear apron boasting an integrated diffuser, front spoiler, and RS front spoiler lip, the last available optionally in carbon fiber. Power boosting kits are available from Carlsson for many different CLS engines; one boosts the CLS 63 AMG twin-turbo V8 from the standard 557 PS to as much as 600 PS. The CLS 350 CDI’s power rating is boosted by as much as 20 percent by the Carlsson C-Tronic control unit, bringing it up to 780 Nm and 320 PS, an increase of 130 Nm and 55 PS over the standard model. The sprint time of the Mercedes CLS has been improved from the standard by a full 0.3 seconds, resulting in zero to one hundred kilometers an hour in only 5.9 seconds.

RUF Porsche 911 RT 12 R

It’s been a while since RUF unveiled a new tuning kit, but they have now come to the lime light at the Geneva Motor Show with the RT 12 R based on the Porsche 911. The 3.8-liter twin-turbo Boxer engine received a nice power upgrade to 730 PS and 940 Nm of torque. A stunning gold and yellow paint job with black contrasting parts were used. The engine puts down the power through the six-speed manual transmission to the all-wheel-drive system. An optional rear-wheel-drive setting is available, but who would want to use that? The top speed for the RUF RT12 R is 370 km/h (230 mph), while the sports car weighs in at only 1495 kg (3295 lbs).
