Amari Design Range Rover Sport 4×4

A few weeks ago, Amari Design sent us their Lamborghini Gallardo Invidia tuning kit, and have now turned to the Range Rover Sport 4×4 Windsor Edition. The customizations include  a front bumper with daytime running lights, rear bumper, wider wheel arches, door moldings, roof spoiler, carbon front grill, carbon side vents, carbon fiber hood, and a rear diffuser showing off new exhaust tips. The tuners also offer a non-wide package for those customers wanted to keep a more discreet factory look. Amari Design is now venturing out with a new line of forged wheels coming soon, consisting of three concepts, the deep concave, monoblock, and two-piece.  The wheels you see on this Range Rover Sport are the AD1 deep concave.

Pogea Racing Audi A7

German tuning firm Pogea Racing has announced a performance kit for the Audi A7 called the Seven Sins. Focusing mainly under the hood, Pogea Racing tuned the ECU to optimize the power from both the 3.0 TDI and 3.0 TFSI engines found in the Audi. For the 3.0-liter TDI Multitronic, the engineers were able to improve the figures to 251 PS and 468 Nm of torque. Now the TDI S-Tronic model was increased to 289 PS and 555 Nm of torque, while the supercharged 3.0 TFSI boosts 345 PS and 495 Nm of torque. Next, the tuning company removed the electronic V-max top speed limiter on the Audi A7, and the price for these modifications is pretty reasonable at €1799.

MR Car Design Mercedes SL 65 AMG

The German tuning company MR Car Design has released this Mercedes SL 65 AMG called the Shining Star. Based out of Erftstadt, the tuners customized the exterior of this 2005 Mercedes with a new SLR inspired carbon bonnet from Kicherer. A new rear bumper, black fender lights, and mid-mounted rear brake were also installed for a personalized look. It now rides on shiny chrome 20-inch forged rims from Carlsson, and MR Car Design performed some tuning under the hood next. With new software tweaking the ECU, the Mercedes SL 65 AMG gained 80 PS and 110 Nm of torque to the factory output of 612 PS and 1,001 Nm of torque. This lightweight Mercedes can now be classified as a tuners dream with those figures.

Novitec Rosso Ferrari California Race 606

There have been several tuning kits released for the Ferrari California, but this particular one from Novitec Rosso seems to top them all. Called the Race 606, the modifications include a front lip spoiler, vented hood, aggressive rear diffuser, and a bunch of carbon fiber accents. More expensive customizations include a lowered sport suspension to drop the Ferrari 35 mm, a hydraulic front lift system, and NF3 three-piece wheels wrapped in Pirelli PZero tires. Performance tuning came next with the 4.3-liter V8 boosted with the additions of a supercharger, intercooler, new intake manifold, larger fuel injectors, remapped ECU, and a high performance exhaust system. Although Ken Block stated last year was one of his best ever, the numbers show a disappointing FIA World Rally Championship campaign in his new Monster Energy Ford Fiesta RS rally car. Mechanical issues also plagued his performance in Rally America, however the Monster World Rally Team (MWRT) is hoping for an improved 2011 season with even more races and events. Some notable mentions in the United States include the Summer X Games, Gymkhana GRID, and select RallyCar rallies and RallyCross events across the states in his Ford Fiesta RS WRC car.
