The UK tuner APS partnered up with the Swiss aftermarket expert Sportec to release an all new package for the twin turbo 2010 Audi RS6. Packing a 5.0-liter V10 under the hood, the exclusive Audi delivers 572 hp and 479 lb ft of torque to the drivetrain. The build for this RS6 wasn’t that big of a challenge for the tuning companies however, and they’ve developed two stages of enhancements. For the first kit, stage one is suitable for both the Audi RS6 and Audi Avant variants, consisting of an ECU remapping. After the tuning was performed, the V10 engine now produces 650 horsepower at 6,300 rpm and 740 Nm of torque between 2,500-4,000 rpm.

Moving onto the second stage of tuning, APS and Sportec modified the Audi RS6 with a complete ECU, fueling, ignition, and boost parameters optimization. New sport catalysts were installed that meet all new emissions standards, and performance numbers reap the benefits. The Audi RS6 now outputs a monstrous 700 hp at 6,200 rpm with 800 Nm of torque between 3,000-6,200 rpm. At the track this transfer to an acceleration of 0-62 mph in 4.2 seconds, combined with an overall top speed of 190 mph.

Pricing for the ECU tuning stage one kit from APS is available for 2800 euros, while the APS Sportec Audi RS6 stage two package can be purchased for 6500 euros, and that includes the fitting and VAT.
