GReddy Performance Parts has paired up with Hyundai to begin manufacturing new products for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe that has been raising eyebrows. Expect the new high performance parts to be launched at the 2009 SEMA Show on the GReddy X-Gen Street Genesis Coupe. The production tuning kit will include all the parts needed for the Hyundai Genesis 2.0T engine. The GReddy Total Tune-Up package will be a blend of performance, handling, and braking improvements. Hyundai plans to market the car as a reliable street performance vehicle with a powerful driving experience. At first they plan to increase the numbers to 350 hp and 320 ft lbs of torque, but after the SEMA Show further plans are to push nearly 500 horsepower.

Researchers from the University of Wales showed 120 women between the ages of 21-40 a picture of a guy behind the wheel of a shiny Bentley, and then inside of a battered Ford Fiesta. It shouldn’t surprise anyone that most of the women rated the man’s personal attractiveness higher when he was seated inside the pricier car! And, according to another survey, luxury cars literally get pulses racing. A study tested women’s responses to the revving of engines of a luxury car and an everyday vehicle. The participants listened to the recordings of a Maserati and a Volkswagon Polo. The results showed 100% of female participants had a positive response to the rev of the Maserati and all had a negative reaction to the Volkswagen.
Although not a bonus when it comes to auto insurance premiums, having a nice car can be an added bonus when it comes to dating. Being able to afford a “sweet ride” is only the beginning. If you don’t want to come across as a pretentious insurance salesman who closes the most insurance leads each month, you need to present yourself in the right way.

In a few weeks the 2010 Steeda Q Series Ford Mustang will debut at the SEMA show in Las Vegas with a new aggressive look on the car tuning market. Hundreds of hours went into completing the new Q Series Mustang, and most of those hours were spent on the Computer Aided Design work. The car went through numerous computer and wind tunnel analysis, as well as strenuous road coarse testing that was completed secretly to keep it away from the spying photographers. The founder of Steeda Autosports, Dario Orlando stated, “Simply put – no other car has won more races and set more records in production based classes than the Steeda Q Series of high performance Mustangs and I am confident that our 2010 version will carry on that same Steeda tradition”.

Here we have a 2009 Bentley Continental GT that has been blacked out by the Russian car tuning specialists at TopCar. The new aerodynamic package shows all black custom parts for that Russian Mafia look. The body kit is named the ‘Bullet’ and consists of redesigned bumpers, new front grille, LED daytime running lights, and several vents throughout. A new front lip was installed, along with the side skirts, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser underneath. The new tuning kit from TopCar is available for both the Bentley Continental GT and the GT Speed models.

Wald International has developed a new styling kit for the BMW 5-series (E60) models and the pictures here show the BMW M5 Sports Line Edition. The new package consists of a front bumper, low profile trunk mounted spoiler, rear bumper, and aerodynamic door mirrors. Underneath the BMW is a four pipe DTM exhaust system and the car rides on Mahora wheels. The rims are available in either 19 or 20 inches and come with high performance tires which improve handling on the BMW M5. Wald International Marketing Director, Shuichi Miwa, announced that several inquiries for this body kit have been received, however pricing has yet to be determined by Wald.
