Japanese car tuning firm ASI has taken on another expensive project with the Ferrari 458 Italia, and have released their initial design renderings. Some of the previous high end cars they have modified include the Ferrari F430 and the Bentley Continental Flying Spur. Their company CEO Satoshi Kondo announced that his team of engineers have begun working on the new Ferrari 458 Italia, starting with a new aero kit. Kondo has allowed these sketches of the Ferrari to be released to the public to protect the final prototype, and prevent any accusations of design theft. A completely redesigned front end is first on the list, with a new front bumper consisting of large hexagonal air intakes for cooling.

Berlin car tuning company Avus Performance has unveiled a line of car styling and performance parts for the all new Nissan GT-R. Beginning with the base model Nissan GT-R, Avus transformed it into their “Black Edition” by wrapping the car in matte black body vinyl adhesive foil. The foil is priced at 2,499 euro and isn’t a bad consideration for any vehicle since it adds an extra layer of protection. The stealth look was accomplished by painting the 20 inch wheels black which are priced at 999 euro, and wheel spacers are available for an extra 349 euro. A coilover suspension was also installed to lower the vehicle, and Avus Performance offers the set up for 1,299 euro. The exterior may look a little plain on the Nissan GT-R, but the engine definitely received some fine tuning.

However I doubt many of you will be looking at the landscape, because Martina is one sexy car babe.
The tuning specialists from Hamann are well known for their German customizations, but this time they turned to the Italian supercars and modified the Ferrari California. They offer an ECU tuning package that reprograms the computer giving a 20% improvement over the stock numbers. The Ferrari California’s 4.3-liter V8 is boosted to 552 horsepower after the tune, and Hamann installed several aerodynamic parts. These include custom side vents, side skirts, and a custom rear wing which are available in either fiberglass or carbon fiber. A new carbon fiber two-piece front spoiler with integrated side moldings was also made to fit the Ferrari California aftermarket body kit.

The exterior of the redesigned Polo features a carbon fiber rear spoiler, rear bumper insert, and a dual piped exhaust system for a dominant sound. On all fours are Titan type Z 18×8 inch wheels by ABT Sportsline to emphasize the sporty look and make the car bolder. ABT decals with their logo line the bottom of the car to show that it is a pure thoroughbred from the Allgaeu sports car family. On the performance end of the spectrum, ABT offers an extra kick for the Volkswagen Polo with tuning packages for the 1.6-liter TDI turbo engine.
