Adding their Performance Stage 3 package, the car tuning specialists at Novitec Rosso have modified the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano. They increased the final output to 660 hp by integrating a new engine management system that remapped the ignition and injection system. Novitec Rosso also increased the maximum engine speed to 8,550 rpm, allowing the car to reach a top speed of 335 km/h. Pricing for this modification for the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano starts at 10,490 euro, however extra aftermarket parts are available as well. Working on a new exhaust system with a controllable exhaust flap, Novitec Rosso is aiming to allow the customer to control the exhaust sound. They plan to place a ‘Manettino’ switch on the steering wheel which will allow the simple tuning of the exhaust note.
Along with the performance upgrades, Novitec has installed an aerodynamic body kit that consists of a new front spoiler, rear wing, and diffuser. Aftermarket rocker panels with large air dams were added as well, and all these body parts are available in clear-coated carbon fiber. Some extra exterior customizations include blacked out taillights, LED rear fog lights, side markers, and an auxiliary brake light. The double-spoke lightweight wheels come wrapped in Pirelli high performance tires and measure 275/30/ZR20 in the front, and 355/25/ZR21 in the rear. A unique modification to the Novitec Rosso Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, is a button in the cockpit, when pressed raises the front of the car 40 mm to allow the driver extra clearance when driving on parking garage ramps or speed bumps.
